This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Seraphix Inc ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects the information you provide when using our mobile game application (the "Application"). We are committed to complying with applicable United States privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and other relevant state and federal regulations, as well as Google Play’s Privacy Policy Requirements. We prioritize your privacy and only collect the minimum necessary information to provide and improve our services.

We collect only limited information, consistent with the functionality of a standard mobile game application, and do not collect unnecessary personal data. The information we collect falls into the following categories:
 

1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

When you use the Application, you may choose to provide certain personal information voluntarily, such as a username, email address (if you choose to create an account), or feedback you submit to our customer support. Providing this information is optional, and you may use most features of the Application without providing it.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you access or use the Application, we may automatically collect certain non-identifiable or de-identified information to ensure the Application functions properly and to improve our services. This information may include:

• Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers such as Android ID, but not including permanently identifiable information that cannot be reset);

• Network information (e.g., Wi-Fi or cellular connection status, to ensure stable game performance).

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your location, contact list, photos, microphone, camera access, or financial information, unless explicitly requested and authorized by you for specific, limited purposes (which we will clearly disclose at the time of request).
 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following legitimate purposes, consistent with U.S. laws and Google Play requirements:

• To provide and maintain the Application’s core functionality, including enabling game play, saving game progress, and ensuring the Application runs smoothly;

• To comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to legal requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;

• Service Providers: We may share non-identifiable or de-identified information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Application (e.g., cloud hosting services, technical support providers). These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf, in compliance with applicable laws including the CPRA;

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others;

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transfer, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, but the receiving party will be bound by this Policy or a similar privacy policy that complies with U.S. laws and Google Play requirements.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes, in compliance with the CPRA and other U.S. privacy laws.
 

4. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Users)

If you are a resident of the United States, particularly California, you have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable laws such as the CPRA. These rights include:

• Right to Access: You may request access to the personal information we collect, use, or disclose about you;

• Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., if we need to retain the information to comply with legal obligations);

• Right to Correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we have about you;

• Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of any future collection or use of your personal information for non-essential purposes (though this may limit your ability to use certain optional features of the Application);

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information in compliance with COPPA[3]. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us to request deletion of such information.

For users between the ages of 13 and 15, we will not sell or share their personal information without their affirmative opt-in consent, in compliance with the CPRA.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction, consistent with industry standards and Google Play’s security requirements[5]. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls to limit who can access your information, and regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you use to access the Application.
 

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law[7]. Once your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or de-identify it to prevent unauthorized access or use. Non-identifiable or de-identified data may be retained for longer periods for analytical or improvement purposes, but it will not be linked to your personal identity.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable laws, or Google Play requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy and notify you through the Application (e.g., via a pop-up notification) or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Application after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
